Quality in Birmingham is an initiative that has been developed to help
the tourist industry in Birmingham to ensure that the highest standards
of quality, customer care and staff development are provided at all
times; ensuring that we are offering the best possible experience for
visitors to the city but also residents too.
To make it more understandable to the visitor – Quality in Birmingham is
the ‘badge’ or umbrella heading that will help them to identify Quality
branded organisations within the city. These include accommodation
providers, hotels, restaurants, shops, and other front-line service
operations.
The main areas that are relevant include:
1. Customer Care
2. Staff Training and Development
3. Organisational Development, in terms of sustainability and
accessibility and environmental issues.

Our team have been trained and awarded “welcome all” status. This means
or team are trained to actively welcome and accommodate guests with
disabilities.
The studio is very well positioned and has full disabled facilities to
include wash room facilities, lift access, ramps, hearing loops and text
telephones.
